Château de Génos
Other jewels left by the history include this watchtower, known today as the Castle of Génos. It was built in response to the unrest which the valley saw in the 9th and 10th Centuries, to watch the outlet of the gorges of Clarabide and Pez.

Vue sur les villages du Louron
Throughout the valley, villages hang on every hillside. From Bordères-Louron to Loudenvielle, or up to the pass of Peyresourde, about ten villages people the Louron.
